Link-a-Ride Bookings

The service operates between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Before you use the service, you must register. An application form can be downloaded here, or you can request a form by telephoning 01525 840511.

Once you have registered, you may use Link-a-Ride as often as you like. You can use Link-a-Ride for all kinds of journeys, however you may not use Link-a-Ride to make any journey normally provided by Social Services, the Education Authority or the Ambulance Service.

We will make every effort to meet your request for a booking but the service needs to ensure that vehicles carry as many people as possible by working out schedules from the bookings. This means that we may need to adjust your travel arrangements when you book.

While every effort is made to meet your collection times, please make allowances for delays due to adverse traffic or weather conditions.

Please remember to phone as soon as possible to cancel your booking if it is not required. Failure to do so results in unnecessary expensive trips being made.
