 Q: CAN A FRIEND TRAVEL WITH ME?
A: Yes you can bring a companion/helper with you on the bus, who will be charged at the same rate as registered users. If you qualify for concessionary travel, and you are unable to travel without a companion, you may apply for a Companion Travel Permit, which would allow your companion to travel at the same fare. Please tick the box on the registration form. |

 Q: WILL MY WHEELCHAIR FIT ON YOUR BUS?A: Our vehicles are adapted with tail lifts to accommodate wheelchairs. We ask you to provide relevant crash test certificates and advise of securing points. This information will be available in the wheelchair manual. |

 Q: HOW OFTEN CAN I USE LINK-A-RIDE?A: Once you have registered, you may use Link-a-Ride as often as you like, subject to availability. |

 Q: WILL YOUR DRIVER HELP ME FROM MY DOOR TO THE BUS?A: We are a door to door service. The drivers will be happy to escort you to and from your door and see you safely inside. |

 Q: WILL YOUR DRIVER HELP ME CARRY MY SHOPPING TO MY DOOR?A: Yes, our drivers are happy to assist. However, we do ask that you limit the number of bags to 5. |
