Just a short note to thank you for being able to help out on the re-scheduling of pick up times for the members of the See-Saw club. I am well aware that some if not all of the drivers gave up their lunch break in order to get the members to the club for 2:00pm and it is much appreciated by all of us that they are able to do this.

As you know, the club is run for blind and partially sighted people and for some, it is the only time that they socialise from one week to the next. The extra care and attention that your staff and organisation give, helps to make this weekly outing possible and I know the members enjoy the journey to and from the club nearly as much as the club itself!

We would like to thank you for all your assistance, especially recently, in organising our weekly outings to the Garden Centre. These outings have proved to be a great success with our residents and they look forward to a day out very much.

It is important that the service you provide continues as it is the only way we can take our residents out, as most are in wheelchairs now, and the outings provide much needed stimulation and enhance our resident’s stay at Ferndale.

We would like to express our sincere thanks for the service you provide for our clients who attend the MS Therapy Centre, here in Bedford.
Without the service there would be many disabled people unable to attend and would therefore be isolated in their own homes unable to facilitate the services we provide.

Many of our clients attend regularly and really appreciate the superb service you give them, it is rewarding to see the mini-busses arriving from all parts of the county with people who are so appreciative.
