About Link-a-Ride

Link-a-Ride is a non-profit making organization, registered as a charity under the Industrial Provident Societies Act and is governed by its rules.

The service is available to people who reside in Central Bedfordshire, who cannot access a regular bus service through reasons of disability, old age or social exclusion.

Link-a-Ride is a membership service. Currently membership costs £5.00 per person. You can register online here, or download our membership form.

We can transport member users to shops, doctors, dentists, friends, hairdressers, in fact anywhere within the operational area of Central Bedfordshire.

Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance. Bookings are taken between 9:00am and 12:00 midday with medical appointments being prioritised.

We regret that we are unable to provide hospital transport.
